In This Tutorial We Are Going To Learn How To Configure EIGRP In Cisco Packet Tracer

First Off All Take 2 Router And 2 Pc’s And Draw This Type Of Cenerio

RIP Routing Does Not Work In More Than 15 Routers If We Have To Work In More Than 15 Routers So We Can Use EIGRP

EIGRP Work In More Than 15 Routers

Now Firstly Assign The Ip To The Routers

Configuration On Router 1
R1

Router>Enable
Router#
Router#config t
Router(config)#Hostname R1
R1(config)#int f0/0
R1(config-if)#ip add 1.0.0.1 255.0.0.0
R1(config-if)#no shut
R1(config-if)#exit
R1(config)#int f0/1
R1(config-if)#ip add 2.0.0.1 255.0.0.0
R1(config-if)#no shut
R1(config-if)#exit
R1(config)#exit
R1#

Configuration On Router 2
R2

Router>Enable
Router#
Router#config t
Router(config)#Hostname R1
R2(config)#int f0/0
R2(config-if)#ip add 2.0.0.2 255.0.0.0
R2(config-if)#no shut
R2(config-if)#exit
R2(config)#int f0/1
R2(config-if)#ip add 3.0.0.1 255.0.0.0
R2(config-if)#no shut
R2(config-if)#exit
R2(config)#exit
R2#

Now Ip Has Been Assigned Now We Do Routing On Both The Router

EIGRP Routing On Router 1
R1
R1#
R1#config t
R1(config)#router EIGRP 1
R1(config-router)#
R1(config-router)# network 1.0.0.0
R1(config-router)# network 2.0.0.0
R1(config)#exit
R1#

EIGRP Routing On Router 2
R2
R2#
R2#config t
R2(config)#router EIGRP 1
R2(config-router)#
R2(config-router)# network 2.0.0.0
R2(config-router)# network 3.0.0.0
R2(config-router)#exit
R2(config)#exit
R2#
