#nc -l 9998 {9998 IS The Port No.}

Step-3 Now Go To The Window And Open The Cmd Command Prompt In Windows And Type

telnet 1.0.0.2 9998 {1.0.0.2 Is The IP Address Of Linux And 9998 Is The Port Of Linux And Then Press Enter}
